Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified of any significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days (may vary by destination)

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will assist you with a replacement or solution based on the situation.


Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Clearance or final-sale items

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges
